Soulstice Spa Nail Colour | Fall/Winter 2016

Soulstice Spa, run by the super lovely Kayse, is a day spa with two location in Northern California that in addition to their local services offers beautiful vegan and 5 Free polish available online to the polish lover.  Today, I have six of the newest shades available for purchase that are perfect for this fall/winter's dusky neutral trend.

Take a look!

A burnt burgundy, Woodacre is actually unique in its a dusty quality.  I love the rosiness of the mauve undertones that keeps this color very on trend.  The formula was perfection and applies gorgeously.  A true autumnal shade.

Stinson Beach
At first I thought this was going to be a total pass.  A super sheer pink?  I can't wear this; my nails have a yellow tint since they are always covered in polish.  But with three thin coats (waiting a bit between each to avoid dragging), this actually gave me a really nice appearance of a "no mani" look.  Clean and simple with no yellowing.  Color me shocked.

All I could think while applying Nicasio was melted milk chocolate.  This milky brown creme is literally the color of that.  It's not necessarily my favorite color of the bunch but it's nice enough and I know it will make a fantastic nude on other skin tones.  The formula is divine and dries to a really beautiful shine.

Deeper greys with green undertones are hit or miss but Tomales has a cool freshness that I really like.  It gave me a bit of lobster hands but that's okay, the color is pretty enough to make up for that.  Perfect for fall and winter without being too stark.  A really great neutral in my book.

Mill Valley
I have many a mint polish but I really love the fresh take here of Mill Valley.  A crelly, this doesn't have a white base so it's not chalky.  Instead, the base is almost greige, so it's kind of neutral, bordering on pastel but not quite.  I can't explain.  Like if this was in a spring collection I'd question why but wearing it now makes more sense.  Either way, it's fabulous and a must have for anyone that loves a good mint and wants to brand into different shades of the color.

I'm all about taupe this season so Sausalito is really my jam.  It balances brown, grey, and purple so brilliantly to make a medium neutral color that doesn't wash out in a nude shade so you definite get a punch of color.  Love this.

Soulstice Spa Nail Colour is vegan and 5 Free and can be purchased by clicking here for $12.  I highly recommend checking out some of the other shades available since this brand carries so many truly lovely colors that flatter any skin tone!
