Spring Collections abound!
Going over the spring color palette, it is no surprise that pastels will creep up once again. I love a good pastel, so I'm not complaining, but I absolutely love the take Jessica Cosmetics had on them. Coral Symphony is a pink palette of almost neon pastel cremes and one color is better than the next. Take a look.
Each swatch is 2 coats of perfect formulation.
A medium, warm-toned pink, Starfish has an almost dusty quality to it's brightness. Very girly and very work appropriate. Just a fantastic creme.
This was really hard to capture accurately since Ocean Bloom is an almost pink/not quite lavender pastel. The lighting also can wash out the tone here, but of the collection, Ocean Bloom is definitely the softest and truest pastel. __________________
Another hard to photograph polish, Conch Shell is a blue-toned baby pink that is super bright in person. Think Malibu Barbie hits the beach. This will be a go-to pedi color for me for sure!
Ah, neon coral, how you have my heart. Besides the fact that coral reds make me swoon, the formula was to die for. No white base coat necessary for the brightness above. I love, love, love how this looks on my skin tone and I can see this seguing beautifully from spring to summer this year.
Another fabulous bright pastel, Monsoon Melon is a cantaloupe creme that just pops on my paler skin. I always think creamsicles with shades like this, which just perfectly conjures up the beginning of the warmer season. Definitely a must have for orange lovers.
And here we have the pièce de résistance. The polish that stole the show for me was Sharktooth, a self-leveling, non-chalky, bright white creme. No joke, this gives My Boyfriend Scales Walls a run for its money and might just beat it out for best white creme ever in my book. Just delicious and crisp!
Can I salivate anymore over this collection than I already have? Seriously, Coral Symphony is truly one of the coolest spring collections in its subtle twist on pastels and focus on a pink palette. Girly girls unite and buy this collection asap.
