Twinsie Tuesday: Something Old

Happy Tuesday, all.  And for those who celebrate, happy Christmas Eve!

For today's Twinsie Tuesday, we have to post something old.  I suppose that can be translated loosely in a number of directions, but I chose to go with one of my oldest (and in fact, one of my first) polish lemmings: Sephora by OPI 212-Sephora.  Thanks to my polish bestie who's currently fighting the flu (feel better, Nory!), I finally got my hands on this special and now defunct SOPI polish.

212-SEPHORA is one of the most unique polishes I own.  In the bottle, it looks like a city during Christmas at night, a charcoal jelly flushed with holographic flakies, holographic glitter, and holographic shimmer.  On the nail, the charcoal turns more of a dark coffee brown, but no less the sparkly.  While my photos highlight more of the golden flash from the mylar flakies, in real life, the holographic quality steals the show.

This was three coats.

It feels good to be able to quash a nearly 4 year lemming and showcase it on Twinsie Tuesday.  So curious to see what my Twinsies have posted today!

  6. Memoriiiies... what a gorgeous polish! I was so sad that they discontinued the Sephora by O.P.I polishes. Sephora 212 always reminds me of a campfire at night :D
I hope that you have an amazing and happy merry Christmas!! <3
