To jazz up my Berry Ice Cream mani from Saturday, I decided I'd add some sparkle. As my readers know, glitter is not my thing, but I do love a good holo. In a Secret Bunny swap a few months back, Ashley from Smashley Sparkles surprised me with a number of lemming goodies, including the lovely Color Club Hot Couture.
A sheer pink jelly flushed with holographic glitter that looks just like fairy dust, I polished one light coat of Hot Couture over my lilac mani. Unfortunately, I couldn't capture all the holo-y goodness this one coat left over the Barry M., but trust me when I say it was a really great top coat that added the right amount of glitz to a very simple color.

I'm hoping to test Hot Couture out on a baby blue to see if it will bring some of the pastel holo out some more and/or make the polish look almost lavender. You'll be the first to see if that happens or not!
Thank you to the lovely Ashley for being such a great Secret Bunny! (Plus she also sent me the yummiest pecans everrrr!)
What do you ladies think of this shimmery addition?
