Introducing Amanda's Musts

I have come to realize that I'm constantly saving and forwarding links of my favorite blog posts to friends, family, and basically whoever will read what I send them.  I figure after months of inundating everyone in my personal life's inboxes, it was time to share the wealth with you ladies, who happily share the same polish insanity that I do.

So, without further ado, I introduce you to Amanda's Musts.  Basically, every Monday(ish) I'll be posting a few links to some of the most interesting posts from the previous week.  I'm more than happy for you guys to send me links to some of your favorites, but since this is really a platform to share rather than promote, I ask that you please not send me links from your own blog.  Please email all suggestions at amandalandish(at)gmail(dot)com and I will certain to reference your blog if your link is published.  You can also leave those links in the comments but Disqus may take that as spam and automatically delete that comment.

Anyways, technicalities aside, here are some of my favorites from last week:

Nailed Blog provides an excellent how-to on avoiding falling for counterfeit OPIs.  I've been hearing a few horror stories about these being sold on eBay, so if you should definitely check this post out before buying online.

Fierce Makeup and Nails reviews the entire Bettina New Classics collection here and here. As a newfound lover of all things Bettina and a fan of more conservative polishes, this collection is truly stellar.

KK Nails gives a great tutorial about how to make your own polish jewelry.  As soon as I get a few hours to myself, I really hope to try this out myself.

Art Evolve is the place to go for those of you with stronger stomachs and a like for unconventional nail art.  The post I'm linking is ridiculously cool and puts everyone who thinks they can do nail art to shame.

Lovelyish showcased a tutorial on how to get Adele's Grammy makeup look.  I personally adore Adele's '60s style and hope this tutorial proves helpful to those of you who want to rock the Mad Men look.

Can't wait to hear what you ladies think of these!

Like I said before, this is a platform to share, so please feel free to send me the links that got you gaga.
