Wet n Wild Blue Moon (Challenge Day 14: A Polish that is Inexpensive)

Short of being free, this is the cheapest polish I own (I think less than $1).  I was actually surprised how well this applied and how well it actually stayed without chipping.  There's not much to say about this color other than it's an awesome and cheap dupe for OPI Russian Navy.  It even has the same shimmer and glow in the sunlight; when I was driving and the sun hit my hands on the steering wheel, I was actually taken aback.  I tried to take pictures with my phone but apart from never hitting a red light long enough, the phone camera couldn't capture the glow.

For anyone interested, I'm actually selling this color on my blog sale.  Check it out!
